In addition to its indoor cycling program, FitnessNT offers private and semi-private Pilates sessions in its state-of-the-art Pilates studio, which is fully-equipped with Balanced Body Pilates equipment.
At FitnessNT, we take a contemporary, or “West Coast,” approach to teaching Pilates. It is the philosophy of PeloDog Pilates to adhere to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, while also incorporating modern-day principles of biomechanics, kinesiology and exercise science.
At FitnessNT, you will receive a workout that is rigorous, full-body, safe and fun. We ensure that our sessions incorporate the foundations of classical Pilates, while tailoring each session to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Janel has completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI), and is also a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor. She firmly believes that Pilates is an essential element of both athletic training and general movement.
A lifelong athlete and mountain bike racer, Janel firmly believes that Pilates is essential for athletic performance and general healthy movement, from both an injury-prevention and performance perspective. With her clients, she strives to deliver a challenging, yet safe and individualized, session to each of her clients. She is excited to share her movement experience and knowledge with you!
Emily completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI). She also holds numerous other fitness certifications in yoga, barre, cycling and more. Emily is a seasoned fitness professional, and sharing her knowledge of movement with others is Emily's passion.
Emily loves teaching Pilates sessions that challenge her clients and make them sweat, while adhering to the traditional Pilates principles. Sessions with Emily are individualized, safe, innovative, challenging and fun!
Adryen began her fitness instructing career in 1999 and has been spreading her love of Pilates in the Vail Valley since 2008! She has earned full certification as a STOTT Pilates Instructor with certifications in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Her biggest passion is teaching students about the traditional practices created by Joseph Pilates himself, while at the same time creating contemporary modifications to encourage all bodies to move and flow safely in their own unique way.
Adryen believes the Pilates studio is a place where we can safely transform our lives and health for the better. Our inner core is strengthened and supportive of our entire body – allowing us to move through life with grace and ease. We find our shoulders pulled back, standing tall and prepared to conquer the ski hill - or the work desk! Adryen looks forward to sharing her love for Pilates with you!
