You should expect a heart-pumping, motivating and FUN workout. Be prepared to work hard, have fun and be inspired!
Yes! The best part of indoor cycling is that it is safe for all levels. While we are here to push you, we encourage you to listen to your body when you ride. Take a break when you need one and remember that you are the one that controls the intensity, speed and resistance of your ride.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class and let the instructor know it’s your first ride. We want to make sure we have time to properly set you up for a safe and successful ride, and introduce you to the studio.
Any type of athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in. We suggest form fitting clothing, and fabrics that are moisture wicking.
Our bikes are SPD and LOOK DELTA compatible, and we recommend indoor cycling shoes for a smoother and more efficient ride. No worries if you don’t have them – we also have pedal baskets and recommend wearing hard-soled athletic shoes.
We have a purified filtered water fountain if you want to bring your own water bottle. You can also purchase a water bottle ($6) at the front desk.
We don’t have lockers, but we have ample cubbies for your belongings (the studio is locked during class keeping your belongings safe). There are three women’s and men’s showers directly upstairs from the studio.
FitnessNT has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for cancelling within 12 hours of your class. Please notify the studio if you are sick or emergency situation arises, and we will waive the cancellation fee.
For studio continuity and safety, no one will be admitted into class after the scheduled start time. Please plan to arrive early and be on your bike at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
There is free and ample street parking directly in front of the studio, as well as underground parking.
